Personnel Policy

Bookmobile personnel are part-time employees of Lincoln County being paid a monthly salary. A substitute may be used for route days. The Director shall find the replacement and report to the county administrator and Bookmobile board. Sick leave will be accrued at the rate specified by Lincoln County Personnel policy and the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplace Act, C.R.S. § 8-13.3-401. Bookmobile employees are covered by Workman’s Compensation.

Termination is by resignation, retirement, death, or firing.
