Cardholder Responsibilities
- Cardholders are responsible for all materials borrowed on their card.
- Materials irreparably damaged or lost are the responsibility of the cardholder and as such; replacement or reimbursement for the material(s) and a processing fee of $1.00 per item is required. Failure to comply can result in a class 3 misdemeanor as stated in the Colorado Revised Statutes 24-90-119.
- Cardholders are responsible for keeping their contact information current.
- A $.50 fee will be charged for a replacement patron card.
